Definisi Filsafat Untuk Olah Pikir Rekleksif


Filsafat bersifat refleksif, yang dipelajari dalam filsafat merupakan belajar tata cara. Beberapa hal mengenai tata cara yang ada dalam hidup ini perlu unutuk kita pelajari. Dalam mempelajari tata cara setiap daerah dengan daerah lainnya memiliki tata cara yang berbeda. Kita belajar untuk memahami tata cara tersebut. Dengan memahami berbagai tata cara tersebut kita dapat menjaga sikap untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan tata cara yang berlaku ketika kita di suatu tempat. Manusia yang mengenal tata cara adalah manusia yang sudah ber adab. Adab belajar berfilsafat merupakan filsafat itu sendiri. Kita belajar filsafat berawal dari keadaan, karena keadaan itu merupakan sifat hidup. Hidup tidak akan lepas dari keadaan, dimana keadaan itu kaitannya dengan potensi dan fakta. Setiap manusia memiliki fakta dan fakta setiap manusia berbeda-beda. Fakta manusia tersebut adalah keadaan sebenarnya yang dialami manusia dalam hidup. Karakter dari filsafat itu ultima, yaitu puncak berfikir, puncak keadaan dunia.
Berbicara filsafat itu merupakan urusan orang tua, namun bagi yang muda mereka masih berpacu untuk belajar membentuk pola pikir. Dalam berfilsafat kita juga perlu untuk melakukan komunikasi yang baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Setiap keadaan itu diberi perantara antara keadaan yang satu dengan keadaan yang lain. Adab dalam filsafat itu yang pertama adalah pola pikir, oleh karena itu bagi yang belajar ketika muda itu masih baru potensi yang berarti itu belum fakta. Merenung juga merupakan cara belajar untuk beradab, sehingga belajar filsafat itu tidak memerlukan benda. Potensi itu adalah keinginan yang dalam pencapaiannya memerlukan suatu usaha. Filsafat itu tidak akan berarti kalau tidak berani menghadapi kenyataan, karena itu yang terpenting dalam belajar filsafat adalah pola pikir. Selama hal yang berkaitan dengan pikiran itu adalah belajar filsafat, karena filsafat itu merupakan pola pikir. Filsafat tidak akan diberikan oleh para ahli filsafat, karena filsafat itu perlu dibangun oleh diri masing-masing setiap orang yang belajar filsafat. Berfilsafat itu cukup dengan dua modal utama saja yaitu berpikir dengan melatih pola pikir, membendtuk pola pikir dan mengembangkan pola pikir, selain itu berfilsafat memerlukan pengalaman yaitu pengalaman hidup. Dalam berfilsafat kita tidak dengan mudah saja menerima apa yang orang beritahukan kepada kita, akan tetapi kita perlu memikirkan lagi untuk menemukan fakta, karena itu berfilsafat harus bisa berpikir dari hal yang paling sepele.

Bagaimana sebiknya sikap kkta ketika menghadapi orang yang tidak suka dengan kita?

Developing Scientific Publication

Education always developing every year in order to improve the human quality that can able to do better live. But although education development do every year, there are some trouble to realize it. Development in education depend some factor like teacher, student, school, education department and some other thing that have relation to education. Some effort should do when education start to developing. Research activity is one of effort that can give important information and show how education work in a education institution. The result of education research can wirte in a scientific publication. It can be very help because it based on fact and nothing that can be changes without information that not appropriate with that fact. In scientific publication some important thing need to be attention, so it can give good development in education.

When build a scientific education that most important is how to relate the theories and the fact. Examine theories should have relation to the fact from the research activity. Some theories use to advocate the process of identity the problem and to search the problem in education. Research result must be the fact in education activity that maybe it do in a school or other education institution. The fact itself is data from object research. If it in school then the object can be the student, the teacher , or the school itself. Investigation do not all of the component but some part then it be compared. After research have done, then we can do data analysis. Data analysis is theory or how to nalyze the data that we get. Data analysis relate with some theories that can be prove in fact. Theory is one of normative part in scientific publication. Theories is important to increase our knowledge that can use to find the problem in our research activity so we know what that will be our research.
The theories can find in journal, or maybe other scientific publication that also refer to the theories that used. It will have relation with ideology, phylosophy or other thing that have normative characteristic. Rules also need in convey the theories. Some journal give important information about the theories and it based on some theories that related in a collection of theories. When people will make scientific publication, they will search some journal to be their references.
Collection data from research can do with observation or interview. Observation procedures need be our attention so the information that we get not lack of purpose. Also knowing the meaning of observation for good observation activities. Observe the object to know the context of observation patterns is important in do observation activities. Collected data don’t random but it need to be structured because analysis data can’t do if it too carelessly get the information as data analysis.
Before we full make the scientific publication we need to make proposal first, then it will tested by the expert that have relation with what that will published. The main idea delivered inside the proposal, so the title also need choosed appropriate with the main idea. The proposal contain problem formulation from what will be the research activities. The way to get the problem formulation is with theoritical review where we get idea from review some theories that relate with our research activities. Methodology or approach sure need inside proposal. Methodology to get the information in observation, methodology to analyse data, to conclude, it all in research methodology. Then after it data analysis write inside proposal. How we analyze the data observation also write in proposal, then we can get the conclusion. Not forget references is always there in proposal, because it can give information for other people if it not like plagiarism and the references itself is a creation of other people.
In education sure the research activities is on school, so school observation must be do in order to get information as data. We can do observation in whole school cover teacher activities, student activities, school environment, or maybe other part in school that need to be inspect. Generally when it comes to school observation usually research do with observe the teaching learning activities in a school. Teaching learning process and teaching learning process each school have different way facilitate the student when study. Indirect if we observe way of teaching learning in a school it will also need to check other part besides student activities like how teacher do teaching learning and like what school environment advocate teaching learning process in a school. So we do case study in a school that be our object. Observation happen in classroom to get information about the way of teaching learning. Classroom is one part that most often be object observation, because most og teaching learning activities do in classroom. Although it like that. Methodoly teaching learning also need to be observed with observe the lesson study from the teacher. Observe the lesson study can give us important information about how teaching learning in classroom work.
Need more times to get information will lead us know a lot information in research activities that can help us find the problem and conclude that problem as for information in education sector. In observation we collect data and analyze the data, so we need instrument to do that all. We need to developing instrument that can help us in do research activites. Instrument is tool that use to collect the data in observation. Interview is a instrument that use when we observe someone. It will work good to help us get information, because it take information direct from the object. But it will take more time when the quantitiy of object of interview so many. Other way we can use questionnaire to get information, but it seems less accurate. Questionnaire maybe less accurate because people fill the questionnaire consider their will in fill it.
After all the data collected then that data analized to get conclusion in observation activity. Statistic have role to do analysisi data, the data collecte and fill in table to make analysisi easier. We can analyze the data manually with statistic. But it will be more efficient if we can use computer media to analyze the data collection. Just use the statistic formula and fill the content of the formula then the result come out. But if we use computer media we need to sudy how to conclude based calculation result information, so we can get conclusion about what result of our research. The last thing in make scientific publication we need to compose each part that important to be written in scientific publication. It will give information to other people and also can developing education sector to go better.

Scientific publication made from research activity to know about the problem in a school or education institution. It can give information that good or bad thing in education that need to be attention. If people can know how to give good education sure it can help to developing human resources that more valuable and have ggod quality. It all for better life in future, so scientific publication very important in education sector because it make the researcher that make the scientific publication know how to do good thing in education for give best result in education activity. All part in research activity useful to recover education that still not yet give good teacher learning in education.

Developing Teaching Materials of Mathematics for Junior High School


Every teacher do teaching learning process appropriate with curriculum that have decided. It occur in all learning activity in each school. Teacher give the material from content in curriculum. With watch the curriculum every teacher know which one that will give to their student and be learned. Teacher give learning according the curriculum that inside consist standard of competence, basic competence, indicators, purpose, and so forth. Curriculum also can help teacher to get references for their teaching. Good teaching learning process is inovative that can make student improve their characteristic or their special ability. Each student has characteristic that can build them in certain ability. From the guidance of teacher the student can improve thair ability. Because every student have different characteristic, teacher need to be more give attention and need to remember each characteristic off their students. As good teacher, effort is need for better quality to the future.
When teaching learning process do in class, teacher need to have approach that can be eficient in learning. Contextual learning need to be given for the student, especially for mathematics knowledge. It is very important to implant the good mindset of mathematics to every student, beacuse like we know people still always think about how difficult to learn mathematics. But basically if people have will and hard effort, thing like difficult in learning something will be do with smooth and useful for our progression. In learning a science we need to get the constructivisme off what we learned. Then teacher need to constructivist in explain the knowledge. In mathematics concept should be able implant in student thinking,in order to give relief for them in studying mathematics. But it not enough just always give concept with concrete example. Real example can be always be prior, because we need to convinces about the usage off knowledge that have been learned.
With some example in real live the student will get the realistic of mathematics. Realistic mathematics is important for thinking development. Everyone will find something that may important with learning mathematics and get relation of mathematics with problem in daily life. Mathematics exist because there are many problem in live that can not only solve just by theory. In mathematics each mathematics solution have relation with daily problem. For simple example like in purchase and sale always connected with mathematics, or architecture and also motor technology that need mathematics to get precision quantification that give maximal product. People just seldom knowing that things in their live or their problem sometimes need to be link with mathematics. It because they not really know how important if they seriously learn meaning of mathematics. Look at some problem that happened, teacher should give learning to their students with problem based learning. Students will find out problem that need to be relation with mathematics to solve or not. In last part of learning teacher can give implementation about the material that have been learned with daily life problem. With that hope everyone will know about mathematics problem around them.
Cooperative learning can do in order to make student able to do cooperation with other. Do cooperation in teaching learning also can be fun with some exercise that make the student anthusias in doing that with help each other to learn solve the problem together. It can produce not only mathematics knowledge but it can give benefit to create student that not individually and learn them about cooperation is important when it come to a problem that need to be solve together.
The teacher should choose good method of learning that can able do by student. Teacher need to observe how their student study and give teaching learning method that appropriate with the student. Basically discussion method with divide student be some small group will give student relief in do exercise, but it just for work that need to do together. In matheamatics inquiry method also can do in order to understanding the process of concept be present. Inquiry can do by individual, but it also can do variation like combine with discussion method then the student do experiment together to find understanding about what they learn. To sharpen the student thinking with give them practical work can helping out in solve the problem that need equation to solve it. Practical work also can combine with discussion, but it will more take effect if it give as individual work. With individual work the student will do exercise more, and it can do in outclass as homework for student. It clear that with individual work student will work more active with give homework for them.
Generally solving mathematics problem can do by everyone if they practice solving problem. People sometimes forget how to solve mathematics problem that they meet. Problem solving is way to practice student solve mathematics problem with smooth. It can improve the student ability in equation, make them fast and more precision in doing solving problem. In test the student can answer the question without doubt, they will courage to do the work individually without depend on oteher people around them. But it still not enough if problem solving just easy problem, it need to increase the difficulty level to develope ability.
As teacher know that teaching learning process need to do depend on curriculum, so teacher need to give good prepare do teaching learning process that appropriate with standard of competences in curriculum. Lesson plan must teacher make before they do teaching learning. Lesson plan contain standard of competences, basic competences, indicator, learning purpose, learning material, time allocation, teaching method, learning activity, and evaluation. It all should appropriate with student competences, then teaching method is one important thing that can help teacher do teaching learnnig process so the student can understand with material that to be learn.
Student worksheet given by teacher to their student to facilitate the student in learning so the student can follow leaning process with good. Teacher need to advice student that less spirit in studying, and always ask the student to bring textbook for their media. In do teaching learning teacher may need teaching aids that can help teacher give explanaition to their student. In mathematics many teaching aids needs, media that can give example teaching material. Concrete media is one good choice to give student understanding about the concept that they learn and how thing that can not say as concept.
All implementation in teaching learning process need to be prepare with maximal to give the best for the student. Teacher maybe just to facilitate for the student, but although just to facilitate if the facilitate can give best role it will be very useful. Teacher need to have preparation in their teacher learning process and avoid something that can make the student be confuse about what they learn. It all contains in how teacher facilitate their student with their best.

Way of Mathematics Teaching

Weekend analyze of education not only mathematics but also general education through variation ways. That thing can be useful in education development better, especially for teacher candidate in future. Analyze education may need all thing that have role in education. Small example try to understand the aspect of education then compare idea between each educator. Experience need to be compare with other to get more knowledge that we have not known yet. If in past we learn with traditional method, now we need to think about how it is inovative method. Inovative method paradigm not same with paradigm in traditional method of teaching.

Inovative method in teaching learning maybe better than traditional method, but we need to know how characteristic of the student. Maybe the way of student think unable to get inovative method, so we need make student adaptation in learning with inovative method. The thing that make different in both method is because each people different in their characteristic. In mathematics each science identic with abstraction but it will can be more undertsand by give concrete object in learn mathematics if it science can use with  concrete object. Teaching learning will work better if teacher mind and student mind corespondent. Paradigm in teaching method should have system that can describe theory well to make understanding in learn about that theory. In mathematics education teaching learning must compatible with curriculum, so syllabi made by teacher and suitable with the curriculum. Syllabi will useful to help teacher make lesson plan and help teacher makee that lesson plan also consider the student’s condition. Curriculum or syllabi will guide the teacher to make lesson plan that need design as beginning though to make scheme in teaching and determine how model that will do. With all that thing teaching learning program can be work smoothly. Teacher candidate need to practice like do teachinglearning activity in institute or organization to explore teaching ability. Teacher must able to give example about what they teach for student, like the usage mathematics in daily life also need to be know by the student. To do teaching learning well, teacher need to know difference between traditional and inovative teaching method. 

In traditional method transfer of knowledge just by the teacher or it can say controled by the teacher and student just listen what teacher teach to them. Traditional method not like inovative method that make student construct knowlege with their own and the duty of teacher is to facilitate the student. For mathematics traditional method just make mathematics itself as an outsider object but in inovative method the object is mathematics or math is the student themselves. The point in mathematics inovative teaching method is to make student active in learning activity or the student be the center in teaching learning and teacher just facilitate them. In order to explore student knowledge teacher should facilitate well to make the student active in teaching learning process. It not only just in mathematics education but also in general education. So it be teacher responsibility to pursue it for student sake and for better future.

Inovative Teaching Learning of Mathematics

Education develope among with people development that also make education be more important to balance people development. If education develop so all part in education should develope especially the educator or teacher. Teacher is very important in teaching learning process, it makes teacher need to be more value or qualify with good quality. Like that have happened in teaching learning activity there is still teacher that teach their student just with give material without give how to get that concept of the material. Besides that teacher need to give motivation to their student with showing implication in daily life about utility of what they learned, but it still less do by some teachers. To create a good teaching learning of mathematics, the teacher must observe their student with interaction. The teachers that not interactive with their student can not give teaching learning that can make their student more passion in studying mathematics.
Teacher that want to do inovative teaching learning need wide variety of thinking. Good teaching learning process composed by some part education that concerned with mathematics study. The teacher give material basically from syllabi is requirement, so the teacher need to make lesson plan that suitable with the topic that learned. Choose appropriate teaching method so the student can follow teaching learning more relax and can increase student’s spirit in learning mathematics. In order to get good method in teaching learning, like teaching media need to be use when teaching learning process. Educational facilities is very important to give support for the student when they do learning activity. Not forget the teacher need to check the psychological aspect from their student so the teacher can know if student in a good condition in studying or just the opposite. Teaching aids also be important thing when teaching learning process, because sometimes the student also need help to more understand about material that they learned. It can be useful for student by teacher’s help when student try to understanding a concept of mathematics material.
Teaching learning context need to be develope that it may make student not too boring in their mathematics study. Technology that has develope with fast creating aplication or media that can help in all education. It can use in mathematics learning like show how a concept can be organized or maybe it show concrete object about what that student learn in a certain topic. Curriculum should change in some period especially when minister of education change. With that change the mathematics teacher also should change their style or their way in mathematics teaching learning. The teacher must be more creative to get inovation in their teaching with research every teaching learning activity that happen in their surroundings. If possible go abroad to do research how is foreign education. Every teacher also should follow education training that can improve their knowledge and their responsibility as the teacher. Although some aspects have done but most important is to understanding how the student doing activity. Teacher need to give attention on their student and give advice that can change student’s mindset think about mathematics
